Delivery

Goods can be delivery for the following countries: Estonia end EU Countries (unless otherwise agreed with the buyer). The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia reach the destination specified by consumers within 8-21 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 21-30 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days. The product is delivered by parcel machine or courier, each customer can make the corresponding choice in the delivery options.

When accepting the order, please make sure immediately, before , that it has not been damaged during transport. Do not accept the package if there is visible damage, and immediately notify the courier about the damage.

If you have ordered products with different delivery times in one order, the delivery time of the order is calculated – according to the product with a longer delivery time. If you wish, the ordered products will be sent to you in separate shipments for an additional fee.

The goods will be delivered to the door of your home, but not to the room or stairwell, etc. Such an option is available as an additional service and for an additional fee.

If you wish, you can order the assembly of goods purchased from the Excellentdesign.ee e-store (All over Estonia*) Email us your request to info@excellentdesign.ee.

Our products are delivered by: DPD, Omniva, Itella Smartpost,DHL,Venipak,UPS,DSV  (the parcel machine can hold a maximum of 59 cm x 59cm )

Larger products are always delivered by courier or similar service!

Good access is necessary for the delivery of larger products!!!

The transport company will contact with you before delivery.
