Return Policy

Dear Client,

At Excellentdesign.ee, it is very easy to return products or exchange them for another product.

When returning or exchanging a purchased product, the following conditions must be met:
– the buyer is a private person,
– a document proving the purchase (purchase receipt or invoice) must be submitted;
– returned products must be in their original packaging and with undamaged original labels;
– the product must be unused;
– the product must be clean, without traces of use;
– the product must not be assembled and then disassembled again.

If the returned product is damaged or has been used in a way that significantly reduces its value, Excellentdesign.ee has the right to reduce the amount to be reimbursed or refuse to take back the product.
Such an assessment can only be given upon receipt of the Excellentdesign.ee goods!
Excellentdesign.ee does not reimburse transport costs.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged under the following conditions

– if the closed product packaging or vacuum packaging is broken or opened;
– if the original labels have been removed from the product;
– if it is impossible to determine whether the product has been used (for customer protection and/or hygiene reasons)
• Batteries, power supplies
• Cosmetics and perfumery products
• Plastic dishes
• Headphones
• Household chemical goods – air fresheners, diffusers, adhesives and similar products
• Medical supplies – plasters, glasses and other similar products
• Personal hygiene products – toothbrushes, combs, massagers, cotton pads and similar products
• Personal protective equipment – garden gloves, dishwashing gloves and similar products
• Seeds
• Stationery – markers, paints and ballpoint pens and similar products
• Stockings, socks
• Toys, games
